It is nice to see some take an interest in providing a good service and taking pride in her work. It was Greatly Appreciated!
- NONina OmelchenkoJan 22, 20261.0Sent parcel to Canada, paid $80 and doubled checked twice with cashier if the recipient will have to pay separate tax. Asked to file the cost of presents, but they didn’t let me to file any papers, they played that they know everything better. Both cashiers were reassuring me with their “expert opinion” that the recipient won’t have to pay anything. Anyway today got a text from my relative that FedEx sent a bill $40. Why should someone lie instead of just saying “I don’t know”. Obviously, FedEx personnel had know clue of what they were doing. It’s one thing if they don’t know but to not tell me that they don’t know instead of assuring me that my relative won’t be billed.

Went in to the store today two reps there elbows on the counter no customer. When I asked to get a presentation printed and bound I was told it would be Monday or Tue before they could do it. What happen to Fed Ex supporting small business. Guess that's why UPS is doing so good. I went to UPS on center took the presentation in at 2PM and received e-mail it is completed at 4:30 PM ready for pick up.

Then to be told, oh it's Christmas so it's more is even more ridiculous! I was told $89 to ship, not $300! Nice job robbing your customers for christmas! Ill never use your service again!
