  Fedex is consistently the worst delivery service provider. They are the most expensive and never deliver on time. Please consider any other option when mailing or receiving packages.

  These people charged me for overnight delivery...3 days later, still hasn't been delivered...my sister sent the same item on the same day via USPS, it delivered today. Save your money and your sanity, ship with anyone else.

  Horrible customer service. The ladies that work there just ignore you when you walk in. No acknowledgement at all. Absolutely terrible need more training in how to multi task.

  Employee told me they couldn't print a shipping and return label. Directed me to a computer that wouldn't load the shipping site I needed. They don't want to do their job. Zero customer service. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
