- CPCrystal PtacekDec 26, 20252.0My aunt had to pick up her package at her old address her new one is in Kentucky. Luckily she was visiting family and was able to do. My other complaint is they returned my letter, because they didn't bother to read my handwriting. I had wrist surgery this year, so my handwriting is not best. Very disappointing. The new staff is more friendly, but it doesn't make up for the lack luster performance.

Had to get an investigation because I had 2 very important pieces of mail I was expecting. They told me it went back to return to sender even though I filled out a vacation hold. Throw customers outgoing packages to the side, all over the place and need to stack up on inventory
