They pretty much said too bad, and closed the complaint. I am still not receiving my mail. I have lost a new DL, and paid for a new one again, still haven’t received the new one. This is not acceptable! What can someone do about such incompetence?

I’m a little closer to 6012 but have decided to come to this one over this past year, simple due to the fact that you feel more welcome and the vibe here is much better. We love our local post delivery person (lady), but the personalities inside are no where near as polite, cheery nor lively as 144th. Some times you don’t know if you’re walking in and will be welcome or just another number. However, every-time I come to 144th, I feel welcomed, happy and everyone has terrific personalities. Not that it’s a requirement but customer service goes a long way. Thank you all for being so polite, quick, super nice and overly welcoming. I do used the kiosk when there’s a line but I really don’t mind waiting when you all are so nice. Happy Holidays!
