I'm regretting using this post office black lady employee is always rude. I was asking questions and she went and sat down at desk. The next time she came to the counter with a mouth full of food. She really is not a people person so why work with the public maybe? the USPS should be a private business because its prices are too high and employees are the worst.

The front door says the post office box lobby hours open at 8:00 a.m. I've been here twice this week and they do not open the lobby until 8:30 a.m. I can see people inside, super frustrating.

Worst customer service experience ever. Walked in at 5:15pm with an international package. Waited in line with completed customs form. Once it was my turn, employee told me I'd have to come back 20 minutes sooner. She stated " it'll take me awhile to type in that information and we close at 5:30pm ". Complete garbage !!
