Postal lady was very nice and personable. I observed her working with another customer looking at collectible stamps. She was very patient and took her time.

It makes zero sense to pay for 2day ground to be sent from this Omaha NE post office to be delivered to a Omaha NE address just for your envelope/package to be sent all the way to St. Louis MO. So from being mailed on Dec 17th and December 18th with an estimate delivery Dec 22nd to now December 26th or 27th. I still cant get a straight reason to why my packages went to St. Louis and Kansas City. The lady today December 24th 2025 on the phone said she dont know why it got routed to there. Maybe a mistake by a person mixing up the zip code. Really? Did the same person make the same mistake twice on two different days? Because I mailed one Dec 17th and one Dec 18th and they both went to St Louis. Whoever routed these should be questioned and possibly fired if they cant see or read. I will no longer use USPS to ship packages. This is the 2nd-3rd time my packages have gotten lost. I will use UPS for now on. Now my packages will not be delivered before Christmas.

Whoever delivers my mail from this location keeps driving on my lawn to access the mailbox. I have in ground sprinklers and don’t appreciate them being driven over. Plus now I have huge mud tracks I’ll have to take care of next spring. I’m going to place boulders next to the mailbox if this continues. Do better usps.

On 11/4, I placed a mail hold for 11/5 to 11/22, with mail to be delivered on 11/22. I found 8 pieces of mail in my mailbox when I returned on 11/21. Going back thru my informed delivery notifications, 6 pieces were from 11/10 and 2 were from 11/8! There were 2 new debit cards sitting in my mailbox for almost 2 weeks! I’m lucky they weren’t stolen!
