I went there today. They were very nice and it took about a minute to return something.

I was supposed to get 2 packages today.I had to ask him just to get the one I did get. It's really bad. He does it's all the time. I get my bills late.I call them and they say you should have had it by now. I have another package and I have to ask for the one he gave me. It's in his truck.I know it is, but it seems like he's too lazy to carry them with him such a bad experience.I wish we had better workers. I don't know what to do. It was clothes for my daughter. She starts school tomorrow

Unfortunately one bad experience trumps all the good ones. I have never been treated so rudely. I have great respect for our Postal Workers. I know they have a tough job, and I greatly appreciate all they do. I have never had a poor experience, but today changed that. We all have bad days, I get it. But my goodness, just to be blatantly rude to someone does not make your day better. You have a job to do and part of customer service is to be polite even if you're gritting your teeth. Be kind. That's all I'm asking.
