This is my first time I felt super uncomfortable because i had over 9 prepaid packages that were needing to be dropped off. I went inside with my packages and was asked; do these packages need to be dropped off or need a receipt? I told her I need to drop them off and need a receipt. Sherri began to scold me on how those two things have different meanings. I told her everyone has their own opinion. She then told me it was wrong for thinking that way and and began to scold me again. I did not say anything wrong just said what I needed. This is inexcusable behavior and no one should feel bewildered especially over a simple task.
