It turned out that I never received any mail in my mailbox since September 2025, including my passport, which was rejected and had to be sent to my home, where I didn't want it to go. I spoke with the woman who works there, and instead of helping me, she started arguing. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and that was even worse. I just wanted my money back because they didn't deliver on their promises, and now they're telling me to wait a few days, and that's why they won't give me a refund (I need my money back). So think twice before going to that location.
- EEEeeWeeJan 2, 20261.0They looked for my package and said they didn't have it because they were looking for the wrong address, then didn't want to look again so they lied about it and said they'd call me back. They never did. I called them 2 hours later and they said that they don't even have the option to let me pick it up, which I know is a lie they just have lazy workers who don't want to look for my packages. Why would you look the first time, for the incorrect address, mind you, if I can't pick it up at all? Because they are lazy liars. NEVER had a good experience with these workers.
