- FDFrank Dominguez4 days ago1.0I paid for a mailbox, because I didn't want any mail delivered to my home. It turned out that I never received any mail in my mailbox since September 2025, including my passport, which was rejected and had to be sent to my home, where I didn't want it to go. I spoke with the woman who works there, and instead of helping me, she started arguing. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and that was even worse. I just wanted my money back because they didn't deliver on their promises, and now they're telling me to wait a few days, and that's why they won't give me a refund (I need my money back). So think twice before going to that location.

They never did. I called them 2 hours later and they said that they don't even have the option to let me pick it up, which I know is a lie they just have lazy workers who don't want to look for my packages. Why would you look the first time, for the incorrect address, mind you, if I can't pick it up at all? Because they are lazy liars. NEVER had a good experience with these workers.
