The truth is, they have a very poor customer service, very terrible. If I could, I wouldn't use that store because if they do it like that to one, I don't want to know how many more. And I couldn't find out anything. However, at the other two stores in Omaha, Nebraska, they helped me and showed a desire to help. I have no doubt that my package is there and they don't even know!
- GBGina BoopJun 14, 20255.0Oh my goodness! So I can be very picky about customer service. I had to return a wifi device from Verizon & return it to a UPS store. A few years back, I wasn't treated very well at one of the UPS stores out where I live (168th & W Center area). So this time, I began reading reviews & saw this particular location had stellar reviews. A 20 min drive couldn't hurt. So I got there. And I had an extra box to put the WiFi box in, some scotch tape & some scissors, just in case I had to do it myself. I didn't know what to expect cus all Verizon gave me was some numbers on a sticky note paper. I was greeted with a very genuine hello. I told the young gentleman across the counter that I had an internet box I needed to return from Verizon (and kind of ended my voice w a question). "Yes, we do these all the time." And proceeded to process my return. I didn't need any of the things I brought in. I asked him "sir, what's your name?" He said "my name is Denesh," which was the name that kept coming up in pretty much every review. I told him I drove 20 mins from my house, just because of his impeccable reviews on Google. I literally have one about 2 mins from my house. But this will be my Go-To UPS here in Omaha. FANTASTIC customer service. 10/10 stars.
