I needed to buy a box to ship my item, but the register was already closed. They just gave me a box for free and told me to have a great night! Amazing customer service! Thank you, UPS for giving me a great experience! I will definitely be a return customer.

(UPS gives you free bags to ship items in.) Apparently not the UPS store here, however. First time I shrugged my shoulders and second time becomes a theme and money grab. If it was good enough for Amazon or whomever to ship to me to begin with, why is it not good enough for them to take back? $$
