I have stack of UPS forms at my office and I like to usually fill out a form with a company account number before I get to the UPS store. This time as my normal routine, I automatically get this denied look from the clueless kid employee and with a statement, "We don't process forms like that, ever in months". He didn't want to do his job and gived me BS excuse. UPS had always been great to me with their services. I didn't I give up on the UPS faith and so I went to other UPS store near 80th and Dodge and there is the I got the service, forms and all!
