    Store is supposed to be open right now. Store hours says open. Sign on door says "Open". Door is locked. Lights are off. No one answers the phone. After reading other reviews for this store maybe it's a sign I should just go somewhere else. Disappointing.

    This UPS is the best in town,Future and Sabbi are so kind and helpful it was a great experience I will always come back and recommend it this UPS store

    Stopped by to drop off a package at 4:58. I realize they closed at 4, and I understand that, but employees were still inside sorting. The package was already labeled (I pointed and showed the label to them) and just needed to be dropped off—no assistance required. Instead, I was turned away and laughed at, they literally laughed and motioned towards the door. Going above and beyond would have literally taken 3 seconds here.

    Dropped off an Amazon return on 12/23/25 and checked the status three days later and it shows it was never dropped off on my Amazon account. I called the store and they said without the receipt they can't do anything and I will have to resolve the issue with Amazon. This will be the LAST time I use this store. I will make all my Amazon returns at Whole Foods from now on.
