Online USPS said it would be about $94.00 (with dimensions & weight). They charged us $238.00. Even when I questioned them about it they said yes that's the cost. I contacted the USPS and they said can charge whatever they have no control over it. I get maybe a percentage to cover their costs but over 100% difference. We paid it not knowing they can take advantage of people like that.

When I went to drop off my package, the staff were unprofessional and made fun of me while speaking in another language — which I understood. It was very disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable and upset. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better behavior from their employees.

A few hours later I decided to call the store I dropped the packages off at. Come to find out the store never sent the packages!!! They didn't ship all 12 of my packages!! They were still sitting in their store. Why didn't anyone notify me? Why did they do this? DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! The store shipped my packages only after my complaint, but now my customer is now canceling their order and shipping it all back to me because it was late getting to them. I lost a large sale because of this stores inability or unwillingness to ship items as they are supposed to. Absolutely horrible customer service. During my call, they acted very nonchalant about the whole situation. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!
