  I went to the store for an amazon return, i had never needed to use the services here before and i was impressed. The clerk was friendly, my transaction was completed quickly and accurately, the location was on a city bus route, I do not drive and rely on the city bus to get places, the store was clean and when I asked to use a rest room the clerk showed me right to an area I could use. I was unaware that they provided so many different services here. I will definitely b back.

  I have been to two UPS locations in Omaha and this is by far the one where I’ve had the best customer experience. I’ve had to use UPS far more than I expected over the past two months. This last time, I needed to send an important document to Miami. Prajesh called the UPS locations near the address I was going to send it to, to make sure they could hold the package and offered to keep calling others to see which offered the best price. I feel very lucky to have this UPS store so close to home, and thankful for Prajesh’s exceptional service.
