    I just received my first delivery from RXO and it was truly outstanding! The text communications were fantastic letting me know the day the delivery would be made along with a time frame, in addition to a 30 minute heads up and tracking to the moment the driver arrived at my home. The driver was delightful as well! Great experience, thank you!

    The gentleman that did my install was everything you could want from an installer! Keep in mind that he was installing a new Peloton Treadmill+ for my wife. This item weights over 500 ibs. and he was short-handed. He had no help the day it was delivered!! He had already installed the Peloton Treadmill+ two times earlier in the day. He arrived at my house late in the afternoon and did the entire install with unload, set-up, etc. in approximately 1 hour. He cleaned up after himself and had an extremely positive attitude the entire time. I seriously hope RXO takes very good care of this man as he was second to none. Truly, I mean it! RXO--Give me this man a big raise!! I could say so much more, but I will leave it at that for purposes of this post.
