They are prompt about answering emails and generally good at answering phone calls. Michala does a great job keeping my information in the back of her head, and recommending me for any position she thinks I am a good fit for. She follows up after every interview, after the first couple days of work, and is a great support person! Would recommend Michala to anyone in search of a job.

I had to 1st under.go a background check which was no problem. I have a copy so I know I passed it. I have not heard anything back. I have called, emailed and texted but nothing. Another of their recruiters contacted me by email 4 days ago I gave them the story and asked what was up. Have.gotten no response. Seems strange they would background check me then stop responding. This is not the first time they have done this to me they did it 5 years ago as well, that time I found my own job 1st. I don't think this is a reputable staffing agency. Use at your own risk.
