  So my experience with the firm was fascinating to be put in the nicest way possible. Our first meeting was about how this team could slam dunk my company's new application with their directory of influencers and models, with events included. We went over how time should be spent and on what. After that initial meeting, things took a complete turn for the worse. From lying about customer engagement to making excuses to not do their job, this firm tried everything to fake involvement with no results, just excuses and lies. One person tried to count her birthday as paid time due to her asking a few people to look at the application during her drunken extravaganza. After saying comments that didnt help the cause and pretty much giving up, this firm had one more trick up its sleeve. It tried to charge my company 2k for a 30 second slideshow video literally made from high school. Instead of completing work, I got excuses on how the application didnt work or wasn't original when none of that was asked or needed(the app does work or Apple wouldn't approve it and it has to be original or it wouldn't be approved again). We wanted traffic to be created and instead we got lies and excuses to not complete the objectives. Not one person on their team made an effort to create traffic even within the firm. Literally they completed the laziest job they could do to lie and get 2k and then lied about work hours and what was created. They werent original, they stole my company's images and tried to pass it as their own. They also tried to argue with us about results but we could refer back to the application to show no work was done and no effort was made. This firm is a group of scam artists trying to pay for their kids trips across the dance floors with her drunk friends. After confronting the Mom about the lies and laziness, we agreed to pay for meeting times out of generosity for their lack of talent. I can say this will make me never work with a marketing firm again and I advise you steer clear of this professional robbery or be prepared to be cheated and lied to for monetary gains. I know there a pandemic going on but scum like this should be eradicated from the business world altogether. Hopefully my payment and review gets some light shed on these con artists and they close down for good so no one else can make this mistake again.

  When we had an immediate need for a strong PR firm, Lukas Partners delivered well above and beyond expectations. Anybody can write a press release and hope for the best but their team's experience and counsel was clearly superior.
