I was informed by the person who was supposed to receive it, that it did not arrive. I was surprised at this and had no information with me at the time about the tracking. I was unable to call in and check into it because you are required to put in the tracking number. So, I called the location and one of the people there went to great lengths go through the logs and find the package just using the date and destination. Her name is Tabby. When I told her about the building it was going to and the security measures they have there she was able to make sure the recipient was connected with FedEx and they ended up getting the package very shortly after my call to her. I so appreciate her going to these great lengths and putting in the effort to help me solve this problem! Matt
