These people charged me for overnight delivery...3 days later, still hasn't been delivered...my sister sent the same item on the same day via USPS, it delivered today. Save your money and your sanity, ship with anyone else.

Horrible customer service. The ladies that work there just ignore you when you walk in. No acknowledgement at all.
Absolutely terrible need more training in how to multi task.

Employee told me they couldn't print a shipping and return label. Directed me to a computer that wouldn't load the shipping site I needed. They don't want to do their job. Zero customer service. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

This location is fantastic! One particular expert makes visits so enjoyable. Tabby. She always has the answers, and delivers them with a great smile. (Even on the phone, you know she's smiling!) If you need printing, and want to see a great friendly face, stop in to this location. Always a pleasure.

I love this location!
I recently shipped a package through this location with a destination of Minneapolis. I was informed by the person who was supposed to receive it, that it did not arrive.
I was surprised at this and had no information with me at the time about the tracking. I was unable to call in and check into it because you are required to put in the tracking number.
So, I called the location and one of the people there went to great lengths go through the logs and find the package just using the date and destination. Her name is Tabby.
When I told her about the building it was going to and the security measures they have there she was able to make sure the recipient was connected with FedEx and they ended up getting the package very shortly after my call to her.
I so appreciate her going to these great lengths and putting in the effort to help me solve this problem!
