- DDDrewFeb 11, 20265.0I purchased our flagpole from A-1 Flags, Poles and Repair about five years ago. A few months back, we had 80 mph winds that ended up cracking the pole about two feet from the base. I reached out to their team and they were outstanding from the start. They came out quickly, assessed the damage, and immediately let me know it would be replaced under their lifetime warranty. They mentioned they’ve never had one break before, but they stood behind their product without hesitation. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and the new pole was installed yesterday. It looks incredible. Truly great service and a company that stands behind what they sell. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Yesterday, Ryan (a one man wrecking crew) installed a 35ft pole, flying a 8x12 flag at the entry way to Beaver Crossing Nebraska! This was completed in less then 2 hrs! It is more then what i could have imagined! I couldnt be more pleased with the results!
