- JLJames LewisJan 9, 20211.0The services in this facility are substandard, in my experience. None of the employees appear to want to do anything but the bare minimum. I recently had a package delivered, with a very expensive item in it. Instead of leaving it on my front porch, where it would be protected from the elements, they chose to leave it in a puddle in front of my garage -less than 20 feet away from the porch. This happens regularly. Fortunately, the item was packaged well, and sustained no damage. It just disgusts me that I have to use other services to guarantee what should be a normal outcome.
