Malcom is the perfect small (SMALL) town post office! The Postmaster is unbelievably helpful and friendly! the hours are restricted because it is a SMALL TOWN POST OFFICE!!! The Querky is what makes it GREAT!! if the Post Office is not open when you arrive, go across the street to the General Store and have a soda pop until the Post Office opens again!!!

This post office is s joke. The hours are impossible if you have to pick something up. Mail is continually put into wrong boxes. Yesterday I had a notice in my box that I had a package that was too large for my post box. I left a note on the card asking why the package was not put in the lockers specifically for that purpose. I also stated in the note that if the package was too large for the lockers the postal employee could leave the package next to the postal table. This is s small town this type of thing happens regularly. Today after work I stopped at the post office and there was s locker key in my post box. When I opened the locker I found 2 medical prescription bags in the locker that belonged to another resident of the town. I put the packages back into the drop box and left. At least 3 to 4 times a month I have the wrong mail in my post box. I always drop it back into the drop box. The postal employee has been rude and impossible to deal with on more than one occasion. She refuses to leave any writing materials out, but needs things signed often.when asked why she can't leave a pen out on the desk I was told it would make a mess for her to clean up!
