- JRJodie RoseAug 13, 20211.0They never attempt to bring a certified letter to the door to be signed and instead leave a paper to go to the post office. It’s extremely inconvenient since I have to take time out of my day to get my mail and their hours are a joke. My envelopes containing checks are torn so they can see how much they are and they shrug it off saying “the machine does that”. Going to start documenting and make a police report. There are other issues that I can’t discuss here.
