I go into the store at least 2 times a week sometimes more. They answer all my questions, they have things ready if I have sent emails to print, they always give me options when Im mailing something. They are knowledgeable, they really listen to things I might not understand. Even when they have lines of people they treat me like im their only customer. They offer me other options of things that I might need, because my husband and I are starting a business, things I didnt even think that would help our business grow. Even when they moved from 70th n VanDorn, to their new location. Moving can be hectic trying to get organized, learning new things. I walked in the morning they 1st opened they had smiles n were ready to help me. I honestly cant give these ladies enough credit for their professional knowledgeable, curiosity. Life can be stressful at times or having a bad day. When I leave they have put a complete smile on my face or lifted my spirits. I live over by 84th n Holdrege i drive to new location because of these ladies customer service, knowledgeable. I would NEVER go anywhere else!!!!! Every time i have mailed a package it has always gotten their by the date they said or earlier. THEY NEED ACKNOWLEDGE FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW THEY REPRESENT UPS STORE. They are beyond 5 🌟s..if i had to rate them they are 10 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
