Don was the associate who helped me and he made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the steps. He was very thorough!

I have encountered so much trouble with my local USPS and actually went out of my way to ship packages through another location due to staff retaliation in my town. Everything I've shipped here has arrived safely and on time. I am a board game designer and had some games make the finals of international contests so correct and timely shipment is the difference between my success and failure. I would trust this location with anything post office related and have had nothing but kind, attentive staff. Sorry it took me so long to review but I never forgot how reliable and kind the staff is here!
