- SWSarah WagyOct 13, 20251.0I’ve had it with usps. They are rude and no longer care about the job they applied for. Mail carriers are careless. Not one person I’ve talked to has customer service skills. We don’t need it anymore. It’s no longer the better option.

I went inside and Don was the most helpful person I have encountered in a very long while. He helped me get the payment and then sold me a stamp and it was on it's way! He was kind and cheerful and efficient. USPS should absolutely hold him as an example of fantastic customer service! Thank you Don!
