- HAH AFeb 20, 20262.0I had a SHEIN return today. When I took my items to return them, the guy at the counter said u have to have a barcode for each item ur returning. I was missing three bags with barcodes. I said is there a different way we can do this I have the barcode on my phone and we can match all the items they’re the correct items I am returning. He said no we can’t u have to have ur bags that have barcodes on. He then gave me a phone number said it’s happy return phone number call them to see what they say. When I call, happy returns tell me UPS store have an option on the screen they can bypass the barcode option and can still return. I called ups they said yes we can do that. So then why don’t u tell me at first u can do that? They made me take a whole trip back home in this snow looking for my bags when they couldve just told me to call them and will do it for u when they approve! SMH nowadays no one does their job right !
