Was told how long it would take to get a "proof", to approve. After several weeks had passed with no proof, i called in and was told there was nothing under my name. After I was able to get the name of the person who i had given the order to, i asked for a phone call from him when he came back to work, so i could find out what needed to happen to get the order printed. No phone call. So i called in once again, and was told that the proof was being e-mailed to me shortly. I got the proof, and immediately e-mailed back that it was fine, please print it, and also e-mail me back when they thought it would be ready. No e-mail, so i once again called them, and once again was told there was nothing under my name. When i finally got hold of the person who took my order again, i was told that Staples was out of ink, and they didn't know when they were getting it. The occasion this was being printed for has come and gone, and STILL no word. Ansolutely TERRIBLE experience.

Last time I was in, the associate who helped check me out pointed out the points I had accumulated in my rewards account. I hadn't even been keeping track, but thanks to her, redeeming these points basically cut my balance in half! Excellent customer service like this is why I keep coming back.
