  Fast & Easy TSA CLEAR Enrollment I completed my TSA CLEAR enrollment at the Staples on 4940 O St in Lincoln, and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. I originally had a 9:20 AM appointment but needed to reschedule to 12:15 PM. I called the store, and the staff clearly explained the next available times and made the change without any hassle. When I arrived, there was one walk-in ahead of me, but I only waited about 10 minutes. Once called back, the process was quick and organized: • They pulled up my information immediately • Asked a few questions • Took fingerprints • Processed payment The entire appointment took about five minutes. If you’re in Lincoln and need to complete your TSA CLEAR or identity verification process, this location is efficient, professional, and easy to work with. Bonus: They also offer Staples Print & Marketing Services, travel services, and recycling for batteries, electronics, and ink cartridges, so it’s a convenient stop for multiple errands. Highly recommend for TSA processing.

  Abby at the Lincoln store did a terrific job of making my business cards right fixing some problems. Very professional.

  I would give zero stats if i could. Took a picture in to be blown up to poster size, and have printing added to it. Was told how long it would take to get a "proof", to approve. After several weeks had passed with no proof, i called in and was told there was nothing under my name. After I was able to get the name of the person who i had given the order to, i asked for a phone call from him when he came back to work, so i could find out what needed to happen to get the order printed. No phone call. So i called in once again, and was told that the proof was being e-mailed to me shortly. I got the proof, and immediately e-mailed back that it was fine, please print it, and also e-mail me back when they thought it would be ready. No e-mail, so i once again called them, and once again was told there was nothing under my name. When i finally got hold of the person who took my order again, i was told that Staples was out of ink, and they didn't know when they were getting it. The occasion this was being printed for has come and gone, and STILL no word. Ansolutely TERRIBLE experience.

  I always have a great experience at this Staples! Friendly staff, fair prices, and if I ever need help, they are more than happy to find a solution! Last time I was in, the associate who helped check me out pointed out the points I had accumulated in my rewards account. I hadn't even been keeping track, but thanks to her, redeeming these points basically cut my balance in half! Excellent customer service like this is why I keep coming back.
