Had I known that they were so irresponsible I would have driven my documents there myself. I dropped off an envelope at 11:30am for a priority overnight delivery by noon the next day to a location that is a six hour drive away in MO. I have a confirmation email that states it was picked up at 11:53 that day. They couldn't find it by 7pm and opened a ticket to find it. When they found the envelope on Saturday they changed my order from priority express overnight to standard priority. I have the email showing where the envelope was picked up twice from the same location (once at 11:53am and once at 6:59pm). By Monday morning the manager called me to state it was weather related and there wouldn't be a refund. FEDEX main offices have stonewalled me and required me to create a logon to file a ticket that they promptly denied. I pulled up flights and there were some delays from Lincoln and Omaha on the 19th but no cancellations, so how was weather the problem? What about the fact that it was lost and the fact that I have an email stating it was picked up twice sort of proves that. Do the right thing FEDEX and reduce the price you charged me or refund all of my money since you were so unprofessional in dealing with this once you found my envelope.

I asked the employee for a Fedex Pak which was already paid for, but she refused and gave me a Fedex reusable envelope, now my documents are at a risk of damage since I was sending in my passport. I am really worried.

One of the best places to ship packages, they do an unreal job of packing. It's without doubt the best place to get things packaged for shipping. Can't say enough good things about how well they do at packing. A++++.
