Even before Megan returned my call Val an awesome employee resolved my issue and dilemma yesterday. I feel that both Megan and Val responded quickly and they both made sure things were resolved to my satisfaction. I have agreed that I will continue to use this store. I am hoping going forward any interactions with Brenda will be professional. Fedex on O street is a nightmare!!!!!!! They closed tonight before the posted hours even though my husband called twenty minutes early and was hung up calling back 3 times. Emails send earlier in the day weren't read I called back got a NEW employee who was awesome. Brenda closed at 8:55 pm. My husband pulled the Doors they opened while lock. She reopened the door at 9 pm. She was condescending and rude. 4 years I have used this location. She threatened to share our documents, personal information and call the police! Wow ridiculous! I have made a formal complaint with FedEx corporate and found out the store manager is not Brenda but Megan. So this woman is rude closes before the posted hours and threatens us. Then says she will share our personal information. So hopefully the manager is working tomorrow. Fedex corporate said she was highly unprofessional. So watch out it seems Brenda will share your personal information with who ever she pleases!
