  I wish I caught her name, but the individual who helped me was amazing! 5/5 customer service experience. I brought in all my supplies ready to build a package at the store. I had no idea where to start as I've never sent a package out before. The employee was patient and helped me achieve my goal! It was painless and took minimal effort.

  I use Fed Ex to mail my pre-paid packages and find it quicker than any other carrier for drop off. Other carriers require me to stand in line and wait, but that's almost non existent at Fed Ex. In and Out!

  I worked with Jenny at the Old Cheney store. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was in a time crunch with a custom order (my fault). Jenny went above and beyond to make it happen. Good customer service, sadly, is a lost art. But not with Jenny! I'm a very detail oriented individual, and Jenny answered every question (even redundant questions) confidently, and happily. I made contact with 3 other print shops prior to having the opportunity to work with Jenny, and they don't hold a candle. Good Job Jenny! You're an excellent example of great customer service.

  Went in to get velobind on a booklet. Standard printer paper cut in half, then bound. I've had this done numerous times. He first tried to tell me it wouldn't fit. When I said there'd been no past problems, he said he'd "make it work". He couldn't figure out how to get part of it it done. Took two people. He finally brought it back to me, asked what I thought. The binding wasn't fully attached, pulled completely out on one end. At my look, he said he could redo it. I dropped it on the counter and said yep. This should have been obvious and automatically redone. Next he brought it to me, but the velobind was in wrong. The smooth strip was on the back, and the holes were on the front. I said if it were on right, that would be fine. He set it down, said ok, I could go. So... no payment from me? Correct. No apologies, he gave it to me free so I would just leave the store. I took it because who knows how long it would take to get it right,or whether he would mangle it more. Then I get it home, and after venting, my husband points out that the binding is loose. Worst service ever.
