- GSGrant SchintoJan 20, 20265.0I am happy to report that while the old reviews of the Hickman post office aren't flattering, I used this post office for the first time today and was very happy with the experience. Jason is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. This is a HUGE relief as one of the benefits of moving to Hickman from my prior city was leaving behind a HORRIBLE post office. (It's not in Nebraska.) I was really not looking forward to a "frying pan into the fire" or a "lateral move" type of situation. My wife has used this post office several times as well and says ALL of her interaction with this post office has been overwhelmingly positive. Please keep living up to this high standard now. No pressure. LOL.

- KJKatie JonesJun 4, 20211.0I was absolutely devastated to move from Hickman, except for the fact I would not have to deal with this post office anymore. I almost never leave bad reviews because I know bad days happen. However, in my many trips/contact with this office they have never once had a good day. Everytime I speak with them I feel like I am absolutely ruining their day by just being alive. Recently I had some packages sent to my old address by mistake. I tried calling to catch them before they were delivered hoping to make it easier on everyone involved and was once again treated very rudely. Luckily the sender is able to send replacements to my correct address, and from now on I'll consider anything that goes through this post office as gone forever. It's been yearsof horrible service, i was hopeful they would make progress but it does not appear so.
