    I have to actively choose not to use this post office because lazy, incompetent workers never seem to be able to find my address, instead they just keep sending my items back to sender. A joke of a post office should be shut down.

    I was waiting for my passport to be delivered and according to the tracking, it was “Delivered to the Front Door.” However, it never arrived. I checked my mailbox and even reviewed my door camera footage—there was no record of any delivery. I went to USPS with my tracking number and they informed me that the delivery address on the package didn’t match the address I provided. They suggested the package may have been delivered to the wrong location and there was nothing they could do—I needed to contact whoever gave me the tracking number. A few days later, my passport finally showed up in my mailbox with a note saying it had been “found on the street,” so it was likely retrieved by a neighbor. This was extremely concerning, as it’s my passport—an important and sensitive document. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose trust in this USPS location. Our neighborhood Facebook page is full of residents reporting similar issues with lost or misdelivered packages, which only adds to the frustration. I hope USPS improves their care and accountability for deliveries.

    One Star because I cannot pick zero stars. I am writing to express my deep frustration and complete lack of confidence in the ongoing delivery issues with this postal location. It appears that the staff at this post office struggles to accurately read addresses, as my household and neighbors frequently receive mail intended for others. Additionally, packages marked as "Delivered to Parcel Box" are consistently missing from the designated parcel box. This problem is not improving; in fact, it is worsening over time. Despite raising these concerns with the postmaster, we have received nothing but excuses and no meaningful resolution. The frequency and scale of these errors, occurring multiple times weekly across numerous households in our neighborhood, are unacceptable. It is difficult to comprehend how such consistent mistakes are allowed to persist without accountability or improvement. I have little faith that this situation will change.

    Older lady with glasses and lighter hair is absolutely disrespectful and not helpful. Whatsoever. I have a ton of missing mail and there's nothing she can do to help me. I can't even report the problem to her. I'm going to reach out to Mike Mcknight, next because i'm not the only one that has been having problems getting mail.
