  Was traveling through NE and needed copies. Asked for 25 copies of 7 sheets. Asked if they could be stapled they could not. Normally when I stop at UPS stores they feed them in and come out all together in the order I hand them over. Was told no staples which is fine I can staple. She goes on to do one page at a time… I asked if they can be fed in machine she just smiled. I was getting no response other than smile so I said just give me 25 copies of each page and I’ll find time and area to make the pkts. Also had to buy paper clips since no staples. Finally got a chance to make pkts. EACH page had different number of copies, ONLY ONE had 25. One page completely missed and one had 42. I’m so dumbfounded right now and cannot even do what I need to make these. I spent $38.15 and it’s all useless. The employees were friendly that isn’t the point, I should have been told they aren’t able to help me and I’d have went somewhere else, so frustrating :((((((

  I called to ask a question about my order and Anyssa attended me with great care and excellent service. When I went to the store to get my order fixed Brianna helped me. She was thoughtful, understanding, and very helpful. Not to mention both girls are VERY pretty and lovely. To thank them I bought them both coffee for their great customer service. I can say I was very much satisfied and will come back to them for future help!
