- RRRoseNov 24, 20251.0Had a horrible experience with one of their delivery drivers. I had just came over to my friends house (they live in a duplex with multiple others connected) and their delivery driver was walking behind a big van parked besides my car. I didn’t see him when I let my dog out. My dog was slightly scared why he was so close and started barking at him. My dogs always been super friendly he never did anything to him just barking and then he starts aggressively and loudly yelling at my dog to get away. Right away I said he doesn’t bite and started calling him back to me (which wasn’t very far in the first place maybe a few feet). Then he starts yelling at me that he was bit by a dog 2 weeks ago that was friendly. Which I get that he was scared but my dog was scared too, he didn’t know why you were so close. I told him he needs to calm down and my dog hasn’t done anything. He continues arguing and raising his voice making it worse. Which sets off my dog more he starts barking again and trying to go up to him again. And he aggressively starting swinging at my dog but stops at the last minute. I call my dog back so he doesn’t hit him and tell him he needs to calm down again and that my dog isn’t going to do anything to him. He continues arguing with us and then says alright I’m gonna put you on a do not deliver. Then proceeds to call I’m assuming his boss and says quote “there’s a viscous dog” and says the neighbor across address not even the right address. And I don’t even live in this area! The usps and ups guys where I live love my dog and bring him treats every time. My dog never once touched him he completely over reacted. Hope you guys get him the help he needs! Or maybe a new route with no animals good luck with that one! Btw his description is male around 50 years old white hair and white beard.

I don't know how they can deliver letters correctly but have delivered packages to the same house number but a block off several times. I called recently because the web site showed two packages delivered but my cameras showed no one came to the house. They said I will find out and call you back. No one called. So i drove by the house that they have delivered to in the past and found both of my packages on the front porch.
