Lost my package, created several support tickets and they kept saying it was delivered without any actual proof. Spent a week trying to figure it out, they said they’d call me and never did. I don’t think I am ever going to get it.

Didn’t get important mail because the mail man was too lazy to get out of his lil go kart since there was car parked near my mailbox. Have to wait until Monday now. Thanks for that

I've had good mail carriers during my man years in Fremont but the one I have now in Washington Heights is hands down the worst. I live in a small duplex and whenever there is something that requires a signature he will beat the door down like a member of the SWAT team whilst ringing the doorbell. I have PTSD thus a high startle reflex and he has nearly given me heart failure doing this. He also likes to toss my packages at my door . My doorbell cam caught him basically bowling with my package this morning. Good thing the sender was smart and wrapped the glass items in bubble wrap .
