  Honestly, I’m in shock with how Staples treated me for my first time being inside. I don’t remember her name, but the blonde lady who works as the return lady for Amazon inside the store was incredibly rude. She kept insisting that I needed the original packaging to return my Amazon order, which I know is not the case. The box or the label is not required for returning an item. Then, she proceeded to give me a hard time about it, and her coworker, who was working with her, seemed to not agree with her. It was clear that this lady was being the absolute worst when it came to returning my Amazon order. She also started mixing up the story, that I didn’t tell her that I hadn’t shown her the QR code, and that it doesn’t say anything where I don’t need the box or the label to return my item. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and Staples needs to investigate this matter further.

  I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect and hostility. When I came in to return a package, I was assisted by Kodi Swanda, whose behavior was not only rude and dismissive but also alarmingly discriminatory. His actions and attitude made it clear that he was treating me differently based on my race, which I find completely unacceptable. His conduct was unprofessional, offensive, and overtly racist. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment.

  Staples does a great job of being a reliable, one-stop shop for office and business needs. They offer a wide selection of supplies—from basic stationery to tech items and office furniture—making it easy to find what you need in one place. The print and copy center is especially convenient, with fast turnaround times for everything from business cards to banners and even passport photos. I also appreciate how seamless their online and in-store experience is, with same-day pickup and helpful inventory tracking. The stores are clean, well-organized, and the staff are usually knowledgeable and willing to help. Their rewards program adds extra value for frequent shoppers, and the regular promotions make it easy to save on essentials. Great resource for both individuals and small business owners. While the store was sparse, I understand due to a lot of online orders these days, but I can appreciate having a real store and real people to assist. Staff is very helpful and nice. If you need something now, Staples has you covered.

  What I was looking for was easy and fine so everything I needed plus they have a place to return prime stuff when you get the wrong product or it's broke. I like that a lot plus they have a place where you can do a lot of things it's a very very handy and resourceful place to go for a lot of needs.
