  The clerk took advantage of an inexperienced customer and only offered the most expensive option. Preference was given to the highest profit over serving the customer well. Bad play!!!!

  Red was friendly, good smile welcoming answered all my questions took care of all my issues and mailed several things for me. She also asked the right questions that I needed to know and they needed to know. Thank you. Offered me coupons and then calendar.

  A few weeks ago, I walked into the Columbus UPS store, unaware that they were closing in less than two minutes. I had a few returns, which they patiently worked with me to process. They never once mentioned that they were closing, they went above and beyond to assist me. I realized as I was walking out the door, that the had stayed past closing time. I turned around and apologized to them for keeping them late and thanked them. I told them that they provide THE BEST Customer Service in Columbus which I receive every time I walk through their doors. They are always in a good mood, always welcoming, and always willing to help! Hats off to rising above what must’ve been frustrating (to stay late), and providing amazing customer service! These ladies rock!

  Absolutely love the job the Columbus,NE UPS store does for their printing. We use them for work postcards and they always turn out great.
