I had a few returns, which they patiently worked with me to process. They never once mentioned that they were closing, they went above and beyond to assist me. I realized as I was walking out the door, that the had stayed past closing time. I turned around and apologized to them for keeping them late and thanked them. I told them that they provide THE BEST Customer Service in Columbus which I receive every time I walk through their doors. They are always in a good mood, always welcoming, and always willing to help! Hats off to rising above what must’ve been frustrating (to stay late), and providing amazing customer service! These ladies rock!
