I have gotten contacted by Dell and Verizon asking to verify my address because they keep getting return mail. Checked with the companies just to make sure there was not an error on my part. Nope, the postal worker is just to lazy to put mail in the box it is addressed to.

Then lets close at 4:30 I bet the customer will love this.... opens and closes while most people are at work if you work a 8 to 5 job good luck ever getting your packages during the week.
