  What a great team to work with! Always on top of new projects or requests, and they deliver results quickly. What's more, they actually have the expertise to make wise use of APIs and handle data responsibly (neither of which is a given nowadays). HIGHLY recommend!!

  We feel so fortunate to have found FirstDirect360 at an industry event. I was very happy with the company we were using for CRM, reputation management, payments, etc., and not looking to change. But the more I talked to them the more interested I became with their ability to check off all the boxes we needed, even more than the company we had been content with. So despite being under contract with the other company, our team took a leap of faith and gave FirstDirect a chance. Yes, that means I’m paying 2 companies for overlapping services for the next several months. Absolutely no regrets. I truly can’t say enough about their ability to provide everything we need. If they don’t immediately have the solution or integration, they find it. We have yet to encounter a “no”. I even reached out this week (the week before Labor Day) about a sale idea, and in ONE DAY they completed and launched a landing page and ad campaign. In today’s world of lackluster customer service, this is unheard of. I’ve yet to send an email or text that wasn’t answered within an hour. I’m truly blown away by the service, and can’t recommend them enough to any business owner looking to streamline multiple services into one convenient application.
