Even with the weekend and holiday this is unacceptable. I live 1 mile from the flipping post office. EDIT: 1-2-2026. Change from 1 star to 4 stars. Went to the post office. Found out they have their own internal tracking that is not made available to the public. What we see only indicates a pre-shipping label was created, not that the actual item was received at the post office. Hence, my item is lost in transit somewhere, if it was even shipped at all. I'm docking 1 star because it would be nice if this info had been made to me and my tracking number updated instead of leaving me hanging since my last tracking update on Dec 24. Maybe it is for security reasons to stop thefts. Don't know.

It was by a young white man wearing glasses who was incredibly unprofessional and rude. One of the steps in his office was for us to rate the service we received on a digital screen with four smiley faces. He was so unempathetic and disrespectful that he even selected the happy face right in front of me. Now I'm wondering, aren't there security cameras in the office that captured this lack of professionalism? I felt completely discriminated against.

Once I told them what was up, I gave them my full address and they said either I can pick it up later today or get it delivered tomorrow and obviously since I’m a busy person I asked them to deliver it tomorrow which is awesome cuz the package arrived earlier than expected! So thank you for the help and friendly attitude
