One time, it shipped FedEx SmartPost - it got lost after FedEx dropped it off at the post office. Just yesterday, I had a package with a Sunday delivery date - they didn't deliver the package and it was marked as "undeliverable - unknown address", despite the fact I have four pieces of mail delivered on Friday without any issues with the exact same address printed on them. Fortunately, Amazon has a much better customer service department than these bozos but it's a major inconvenience having to re-order the items and hope it gets shipped through another shipper.
