Steve is very knowledgeable, and based on our conversation, he clearly loves what he does, which really solidified my decision to leave my computer in his hands. I appreciate his honesty. I was willing to pay extra for a faster repair time, but Steve reassured me it wasn’t needed in this case, saying the repair should only take a couple of hours (I dropped off my computer at 9 am and got it back around noon!). Super grateful for his hard work and will definitely go back again should I need any more repairs or parts replaced.

He quickly diagnosed and replaced a bad motherboard on my computer and also figured out one of my drives was not plugged in (I was missing out on almost 1 TB of storage!). I would highly recommend his honest, affordable services. He is trustworthy and kind. Utilize him for all you computer needs!

A few weeks later I decided to add some RAM and he suggested I bring the system in so he could install it and make sure every worked properly. That's what I consider above and beyond customer service! But that's not all I want to talk about. When I got to the shop with my system there was another customer ahead of me. They were having problems with their system (wouldn't start up) and were really troubled by not getting access to their personal information. I can't share the details of how Steve helped this person but I can say that he really went above and beyond to help them. We talk about "Nebraska Nice" and that's what I witnessed. Steve deserves the good human award for sure!
