I'm going to start writing reviews every time I go here and explain the terrible service. It's getting to the point where it is literally illegal to be doing what they are doing, but because they have a cushy government job, nothing is getting audited. On monday, I was suppose to get 2 packages delivered. One fits in the mailbox, the other doesn't. On tuesday, I go into the office because it literally says on their website with the tracking information: "Available for Pickup". I go in, wait in line for the minimum hour it takes because there is always 1-2 people working there. I get up to the lady, and she snarkly tells me to "go back to the front of the line and write down my tracking number, address, and name". She says it like she has told me to do this 5 times already, despite that being the first time any of the people in that specific line had heard her. I do so, she calls me up, she goes into the back for 2 minutes. I can literally see her standing there doing nothing, then returns and says it was "taken recently out on a truck because there is a lot of packages that didn't get delivered for a whole week, and I will be getting it by that night". I go home, obviously angry. Comes wednesday, still nothing. I think she just tells everyone that so they flip off. That same day, a military guy was in front of me and he had a package. I've seen him in there before, and what he said was true: "I've mailed this package before with no issues, so why is there an issue now? It's urgent and needs to go out today". She basically tells him to flip off and fix it then go to the back of the line. This lady needs to be fired, seriously. She can't be treating customers like this. I would rather an employee tell me "sorry, we've been having issues with our system lately, and your package isn't available right now" than lie to my face.

I manage an apartment community in town and our mail carrier left a note to my residents threatening to hold their mail. I reported him and filed a claim. Not sure if anything came from it. See the attached photo.

Id give it less if I could. Hardly any workers, extremely slow. Common to have over an hour wait.

Had a package ordered, said they attempted delivery but my package was being held at post office on broadway at customer request. I never requested that, they took that liberty on their own and now I've had to wait in line for an hour just to get my very deliverable package. This post office is the worst. How about just deliver the package and not lie about why it's being held? Some of us have to work and can't take an hour lunch every time this post office messes up.
