- CCcarrie3 days ago1.0If I could put zero stars, I would they don’t answer the phone and I know the phone works because they’ve answered it once and it was only because it was a guy from out of town helping And then the mail people just throw our packages all over the mail room. They don’t even put them in the boxes so they could be easily stolen. They didn’t even deliver one of my packages they put it For available picked up And I cannot pick it up Plus, the line is always out the door I would be standing there for An hour and a half even waiting just to pick up a package that they were supposed to send to me. I even requested a red delivery on the 26th and it was supposed to be here on the 27th And still nothing this is ridiculous. Seriously, you guys need to get it together. You have 1.7 stars for a reason. Please Can’t even USPS get it right in Williston I am so sick of this town. I’m so ready to go home to Florida
- MCMaKenzie Collins5 days ago5.0This review is for Renee. A Christmas gift for my son arrived at the post office weeks ago, but despite multiple visits, staff were unable to locate it. I was repeatedly told, “We know it’s here somewhere, but we don’t know where—it’ll show eventually.” On Monday, Renee was the clerk who helped me. While she was initially unable to locate the package, she took my name and phone number and went above and beyond—on her own time—to track it down. Once she found it, she personally called me to let me know. This is customer service. This particular post office is short-staffed and clearly dealing with burnt-out employees, yet Renee continues to show professionalism, dedication, and genuine care. She manages to do all of this while being yelled at and blamed for things completely outside of her control by frustrated customers all day long. Thank you, Renee—truly. Your effort did not go unnoticed.

Did get to see people walking around in the back, grabbing packages out of the drop off box etc, but no one helped in atleast 30 of those minutes spent waiting as the line got longer and longer.

Whoever is delivering mail today put the keys inside of the parcel lockers and left them unlocked for anyone to access the packages inside, what a joke. 😂 I understand this is their busy season and they’re doing their best. But this kind of inattention to detail is unacceptable.

The new Head Postmaster is doing her best to make a clear, positive difference. Mail can be slower in a rural area, but this team does an excellent job.
