I never requested that, they took that liberty on their own and now I've had to wait in line for an hour just to get my very deliverable package. This post office is the worst. How about just deliver the package and not lie about why it's being held? Some of us have to work and can't take an hour lunch every time this post office messes up.

Isn't that illegal? 🤔 Than I couldn't pick them up because they are weather delayed but still wouldn't deliver them. I stood in line for 3hours for nothing for them to out right refuse to give me my packages. This needs to be fixed.

Takes hours to get to the counter and deal with rude staff who could care less.. currently waiting on packages to be delivered that show they have been out for delivery for 4 days.... this is incredibly insane... what the hell is wrong up here
