Trying to track a package that they mis-delivered but apparently maybe no one works here? Editing this as I think it’s time corporate gets involved, this is absurd. I have called back to back and will continue to call back to back until someone picks up the phone instead of declining it.

Doorbell camera clearly shows that no USPS driver came to the front door to deliver a parcel. However the agent at this office wanted me to file the claim and so it was stolen instead of mis-delivered. I told them that I wouldn’t LIE to cover up their mistake. An absolute disgrace and disaster of an experience dealing with this USPS outlet.

- JPJessica PanterJul 3, 20251.0Went in to get the keys to my box and the lady at the counter threw a piece of paper at me, plus she was like “don’t you receive mail at your address?” While we were waiting in line, she was extremely rude to a customer stating she didn’t have to come to that location and that there was another post office on main street. Why are half of the staff at the post office so rude? Very poor customer service, asking questions that shouldn’t be asked, and so much more!
