  I took the day off to wait for this package. The driver never knocked, just put a notice on the door saying it was missed. Went to the storefront and all I got was attitude. I will use UPS for now on

  Caught the driver for my route. Refuses to deliver my stuff cuz it was too heavy.

  I don't know what anyone else went through but I had excellent service from pipa. Sweet, professional and gave me superb service. It's the people who make the experience worth it. Just don't be difficult and make their day hard.

  Drivers do not pay any attention or can not read. I have a box for my packages with big signs to put packages inside, but they consistently put them on the porch with the sign saying not to leave packages there! I also usually put it in the shipping instructions. It is ridiculous haw many packages I have received damaged, because their drivers pay no attention!!!!! This did not use to be a problem, we had a fantastic regular driver who was amazing, but the last couple years FedEx has went downhill here spectacularly.
