- ETErica TorresJul 4, 20201.0I had the most horrible experience at this location. Very unorganized post office. Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful supervisor. Incompetent worker who is suppose to know how to do passports. Never saw his face due to him wanting to move my appointment because he would decide to take the day off. Drove here with my baby since the passport was for her, only because our Fergus location isn’t doing passports at the time. He wasn’t available to do my appointment because he left work, even though the online USPS had appointments available. Biggest mistake WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place. I will be filing a complaint with USPS and BBB. Only one lady at front desk was kind and tried her best to help me. Apparently only one person is trained here to do passports and he doesn’t show up to work.

The worker told us to go get our photos for our passport and then come back. So we had to go to Walmart and get the photos. When we got back the worker said that she still wouldn’t be able to help us and was unbelievable rude. Send your mail somewhere else.
