UPDATE 10/4/22: For residents who have had Wahpeton PO staff administratively (or otherwise) block you from your mail, my suggestion would be to just relocate out of their area. Fed regulators and/or Regional Managers won't do anything to stop them. Workers inside the Wahpeton PO have continued to administratively block mail to me, especially when it relates to Court documents for a case I am a Plaintiff in. This has been going on for 5 months after my first complaint. 5/4/2022 After posting my review last week, Wahpeton PO workers have now started sending my PO Box mail back, saying it is undeliverable, even when Informed Delivery shows my PO Box clearly legible. In short, 90% of my mail (all financial) "appears to be" taken, or mishandled within the Wahpeton PO facility these past few weeks. The workers before 2020 were exceptional. My regular delivery carrier to my physical residence is also awesome. But, these past 2 years, Penny & Karla have offered extremely rude service inside the Wahpeton PO, & it is now also hard to trust them. My visit to this PO today, was no exception. In the past week, 2 payroll envelopes showed up in my "Informed Delivery", but were never delivered -- either to my residential or Wahpeton PO Box address. Informed Delivery means mail gets scanned at the W. Fargo dist. center, right before being put on a truck to Wahpeton. A week after both these envelopes showed scanned, in the USPS possession, the PO couldn't find them. Common denominator: The truck from W. Fargo to Wahpeton, or the delivery sorters in the Wahpeton PO. Having been a Wahpeton PO customer for 6 years, and talked with a Mgr. at West Fargo Dist. Center, the logistics are relevant. For mail to be missing twice on the same allegedly secure route -- some employee has to know something. The truck & Wahpeton PO facility are allegedly "secure facility equipment", not open to public access. Yet, today, Penny told me none of their employees would have been involved in the disappearance of 2 financial instruments in 1 week. Then, who is? The mail was physically in the possession of either an employee in the Truck -- or the Wahpeton facility. Then, Penny told me there is no recourse for citizens, if they complain to her and her employees say they don't know anything -- that citizens have to just put up with the theft. It sounds like the 2016 Wyndmere/Richland Co. USPS worker mail thefts -- all over again. Our Fed. Gov't., and the US Postal Inspectors should not be allowing this.

Most of the workers who work the front desk are very nice and helpful but some of them are downright rude to customers and argue with them.

Service is slow. I came there for passport services. I spent at least 45 mins there. They decided to put me on hold while they helped other customers. If I wasnt tied to a rock and a hard place, I would have left. When I did get service, the people were nice and detailed.
