- SWShalie WannaJan 18, 20233.0Sometimes you don't get your mail n you'll find it sitting off to the side, like it was put into someone else's mailbox. The hours are limited, so if you get a yellow package slip and can't make it to pick up a package before the 3 hour window (if you work in town with a half hour lunch break, you're not goin to make it to Trenton and back to speak to someone). You can leave a note n ask that you be put on some sort of bigger mailbox rotation. I think they forget that with the limited hours and limited big boxes that you could do that, but then you risk getting other people's packages, like I have been for the past couple weeks. I can't tell if it's my package or not until I, of course, open the mail box, at which time I can't drop the package into a mail drop for our local mailroom, that option is available only during the limited hours someone is physically there. I would have to drop it into the blue box outside which would then send the package back to sender or back to Bismarck, assumingly? Luckily, I knew the people and hand delivered those packages, otherwise how long would it be to get them? Or who would take the package if I had left it in a counter? It's a frustrating time indeed to deal with any of it.
