- THTanner HansenDec 12, 20231.0Wish I didn't have to post this because the people there are mostly nice, but I'm SO TIRED of my packages taking ages or getting a yellow slip for a tiny box. I know my box can fit into my po box. I hate it because I'm in the oilfield, I do not have much time on lunch and I burn through it because I have to see a receptionist. Not to mention I have a 30 minute window before they close and its usually 6 people ahead of me. I wish they could get things figured out. It's frustrating beyond comparison. I'm FUMING. 4 packages say delivered, yet none are in the po box🤬

Had a package delivered and picked it up same day then threatened that it would be dead mail after a couple of days if it didnt have a po number on it. Almost uncertain if i want anything delivered there anymore.
- KAKris ArthurDec 19, 20171.0Phone is left off the hook a lot, almost every time I call in I wind up having to just drive in because they won't answer. Mail is almost always late. I track packages that say they have been delivered to Tioga but it takes 3 extra days for them to put them in my box, if they put them in the box. Constantly have mail for other box numbers and names that have nothing to do with my box in my box. It's like they put as little effort as humanly possible in to their work. Not only that but I live literally 3 blocks from the post office and I can't even have mail delivered to my house. Why do we pay for this service if they can't even provide the basics we pay for? I've never seen a post office, or any business for that matter, run as badly as this post office. You should have a zero star option.
