  Along with having terrible hours of 1-5 even if you do go during the times they are open the employees like to not show up anyways

  The service at this post office has severely declined in the last year. The hours are incompatible with anyone who works a day job. We get several package slips in the box and rather than put them in a package box after a few days, they will sit behind the counter for sometimes over a week because we don't have time to pick them up during the limited hours. We didn't have this problem with previous postal workers. It's extremely frustrating, especially when we have no other option.

  I just moved to Surrey so I am in the middle of changing addresses. I have had packages shipped to my new address, but they go to the post office. Instead of waiting for me to pick them up they send them back to Minot then Minot sends them to Bismarck, Bismarck sends them back to Minot and Minot back to Surrey. I have had this happen a few times in the past few weeks. If and when I can get to the post office they have no clue where my things are. This morning 06/29/2019 I went to the post office at 8:30am because they are "open" from 8-9:30 supposedly and the doors were locked. I needs to get a PO box like now, but with their ridiculous hours 1-5 and I work it's rather hard especially when they should be open on a Saturday and they're not! My packages have been missing since 06/21/2019 even though they say delivered to Surrey post office.

  I’m leaving this review in utter frustration. The price to have a PO Box is not going down the service we receive has definitely taken a dive. The people that work there are nice enough but so sick of the hours. Most of us work for a living in Minot which is 7-10 miles away. This leaves us no choice but to leave packages there for the little 1.5 hours they are open on Saturday. Today I took my lunch break, which I normally don’t take because I’m in sales to go get my package. Hours weekdays is 1-5pm according to google. NOT this week however. Unbelievable! Not sure why the hours are different this week but they are. Beyond frustrating!
