- RBRob BellmFeb 2, 20261.0They are just clueless!! I went to do a change of address from our po box to our physical address. They gave the form for the request, but not a official form for the fowarding. After a month had gone by i went to turn in the keys, and asked about the fowarding. Well obviously it wasn't in the system. Then the lady thete started telling me she said all of these things that she didn't say when i put in for the change a month earlier. Countless times they return your packages im the same day they receive them. And i always here people complaining about the service there. It's a joke

They have been extremely helpful. In my mind, the next best thing that they could do, is be open 24hrs a day [to accommodate us night drivers!!] But I realize that this it not going to happen!! You are doing a great job!!
